Canada ordered to seek Omar Khadr's repatriation

Canadian Federal Court Justice James O'Reilly has just ordered the government of Canada to seek the repatriation of Omar Khadr at the earliest opportunity. The government has thirty days in which to appeal, and I'm betting it does so. Furthermore, I bet that, even if Canada is forced to ask for Omar Khadr's repatriation, Barack Obama is going to refuse. Remember, you heard it here first...
And then there's the issue of who's going to "rehabilitate" Khadr:
